Zigzag Japanese White Pine

A new Iseli Introduction that has been evaluated for over 20 years; this cultivar of Japanese White Pine was originally found as a seedling of the popular cultivar ‘Kinpo’. Named ‘Zigzag’ for its irregular and meandering growth habit, this dwarf conifer maintains a narrow upright habit. Densely clustered green needles are short, straight, and softly textured. Performance will be best when sited in a sunny area with well-drained soil.
