			This well-known selection has enjoyed popularity for decades, since its introduction about 1915. Superior form, slow growth and shapely sprays of feathery, twisting foliage that cups gracefully downward account for its reputation. 'Kosteri' maintains a compact rounded shape for several years before eventually developing into a broad, but tidy, dense pyramid. Hints of bronze accent the tiers of soft, muted green branches, especially in winter. 'Kosteri' benefits from some winter protection if grown in a container.
