Deep purple leaves emerge in spring and hold their color throughout the summer, brightening to a brilliant red in fall. Small yellow flowers and red berries add decoration to this rounded, dwarf barberry. Easily maintained, it makes an excellent low hedge or foundation planting in full sun.
