Acer-shirasawanum-Jordan

The spring display of lemon-yellow foliage will fade to yellow-green in the summer. Showy red samaras pushing up above the leaves add an interesting contrast to summer foliage. Red-orange in the fall, ‘Jordan’ has a faster growth habit when compared to ‘Aureum’. Although tolerant of a little sun, full exposure should be avoided in hot climates. Place ‘Jordan’ in well-drained soil that provides consistent moisture.
