Putty in the hands of a sculptor, the Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar boasts an extremely pendulous habit that can be staked or trained to conform to any shape. From a living waterfall to a grazing, blue, wooly mammoth, plants respond to the whimsy of their designers. Short, irregular, steely-blue needles thickly cover the swooping branches and give specimens both color and texture. Trees develop massive trunks with time. Found in France before 1890.
